Our "Fischers Fritz" menu has been specially developed to provide a healthy and tasty meal for your dog. With our low-purine recipe and carefully selected ingredients, it ensures a balanced diet and is therefore also suitable for dogs with special nutritional needs. The fish menu delivers a balanced mix of proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals that contribute to your dog's health and vitality.

Low in purines – therefore also suitable as kidney support food or for a kidney diet in cases of kidney diseases such as kidney failure and kidney insufficiency, supportive in pancreatitis and important for leishmaniasis.

A dog needs a balanced supply of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre plus various minerals and vitamins. We stay true to our philosophy; the products should be as natural as possible, so no oils or synthetic vitamin and mineral premixes are added beforehand.

What’s inside – the benefits of the ingredients

• Salmon: it contains good fatty acids, including omega 3. Omega-3 fatty acids can protect against cardiovascular diseases. Salmon also contains minerals that strengthen bones on one hand (phosphorus, potassium) and are important for the thyroid on the other (iodine).
• Broth: is the water in which all ingredients are cooked. It is needed for every cooking process (for every canned menu) but is not declared by many manufacturers.
• Quinoa: this pseudocereal is an excellent source of high-quality plant protein. Quinoa also provides plenty of iron, folic acid, magnesium, zinc and manganese. It contains all 9 essential amino acids in the optimal ratio.
• Pears: Pears are rich in folic acid, which promotes growth and blood formation. They contain a whole range of B vitamins – these are important for the nerves. The tannins in pears support against inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract.
• Carrots: they contain, for example, several B-group vitamins, especially vitamin B1, B2 and B6. Also with vitamin C, which is important for our immune system, and the radical scavenger vitamin E.
• Fennel: the bulb contains significant amounts of vitamins A, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. Minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese are also present. Particularly noteworthy are its high vitamin C and iron content. The essential oils support digestion and strengthen the stomach.
• Coconut milk: the medium-chain triglycerides in coconut milk are particularly useful for energy supply to the lymph nodes and liver. They can also protect the heart by increasing beneficial HDL cholesterol levels in the blood.
• Parsley: according to naturopathy, parsley can lower blood sugar levels and relieve cramps. Additionally, parsley is considered a high-quality antioxidant that combats free radicals and oxidative stress – one of the main causes of many chronic diseases.
• Rose hips: are particularly rich in vitamin C. Ascorbic acid, i.e. vitamin C, is very important for building bone substance. It also regulates the body's own calcium and phosphorus balance.

Sustainably & practically packed – artificial casing

Our fish menu "Fischers Fritz" is filled into environmentally friendly artificial casing. Compared to conventional cans, this produces significantly less packaging waste, and due to the flexible format, the sausage is robust, space-saving and requires less protective packaging.

Due to storage in the artificial casing, which naturally contains no aluminium, the edge of the contents may slightly discolour; when cut open, the outer area may be darker than the core, which does not affect the quality.
