What's inside:

• Duck meat is a high-quality protein that provides all the essential amino acids dogs need for muscle development, immune system and cell function. It contains healthy fats – especially unsaturated fatty acids, which strengthen the skin and coat – and has a high iron content. Iron promotes blood formation and helps supply cells with oxygen. B vitamins, such as B3 (niacin) and B6, are also abundant. These are important for energy metabolism and the nervous system. Duck is easily digestible, especially for dogs with allergies, but it is rich in fat. Therefore, it is only suitable in small quantities for dogs that need to watch their weight.
• Hearts (duck): rich in taurine – important for heart function and nerves, contains high-quality amino acids and coenzyme Q10.
• Stomachs (duck): contain B vitamins and iron.

For your information:

1. Our high-quality pure meat is supplemented with brown algae as a natural binding agent – without any artificial additives! The consistency of the meat in the can or in the artificial casing is subject to uncontrollable fluctuations.
2. Gentle steam cooking allows natural meat juices to escape. The collagen contained in the meat turns into gelatin and keeps the meat juicy. A slightly gelatinous consistency is completely natural and a sign of high quality.

When stored in artificial casing (without aluminum), a slight color change may occur naturally at the edges. When cut, this area may therefore appear slightly darker than the core of the sausage.
This is completely harmless and has no effect on quality or taste.

Our 800g products are packaged in environmentally friendly artificial casings. Compared to conventional cans, this results in significantly less packaging waste. While cans made of metal or composite materials require complex recycling and often end up in residual waste, artificial casings produce only a minimum of waste. This protects the environment and saves valuable resources.

The “sausage” also has advantages when it comes to shipping: it is robust, space-saving, and does not require complex protective packaging such as glass or cans. This means that the product can be shipped easily, safely, and with significantly less packaging material. That translates to less waste, less weight, and a smaller carbon footprint—for a sustainable and responsible diet for your dog!
