• Bio Buchweizen: Compared to conventional grains, buckwheat contains high-quality protein with essential amino acids and is also gluten-free. It provides important protein, B vitamins, and lecithin, and is particularly easy to digest. It delivers high amounts of phytochemicals, as well as the minerals copper and magnesium.
• Bio Linsen braun: They contain, among other things, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc—just to name a few.
