• Organic barley grass powder: Barley grass is one of the most alkaline foods of all, it can help to balance the acid-base balance. It contains 11 times more calcium than cow's milk, 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 4 times more vitamin B1 than wheat and the same amount of zinc as the richest sources of zinc of animal origin. It also contains an antioxidant called proanthocyanidin, a secondary plant substance that intervenes exactly where every disease originates: in the cell itself.
• Organic broccoli powder: broccoli contains important ingredients: the mustard oil sulforaphane activates detoxification enzymes in the cells. These ensure that harmful substances do not cause any harm. It also contains a high proportion of minerals such as potassium and calcium, as well as trace elements such as manganese, copper and iron. Magnesium is also found in broccoli - this mineral is not only important for muscles and bones, but also has a relaxing effect on the vascular muscle cells. Moringa leaves contain, for example, 18 of 20 essential amino acids , a very high proportion of protein, vitamin A and calcium. They also contain the trace elements copper and zinc, omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9, as well as numerous secondary plant substances such as carotene, zeaxanthin and chlorophyll. Chlorophyll contains enzymes that support the liver, the organ responsible for detoxification.
• Organic baobab powder: it contains a lot of fiber, potassium and a lot of vitamin C. Almost half of baobab powder consists of dietary fiber, which is particularly valuable for intestinal health.
