Less animal protein in your dog's food has many advantages. Nowadays, the risk of an excess of animal protein is much greater than the risk of a protein deficiency. • Organic turkey: contains high-quality protein that is easily absorbed by the body. It is rich in vitamin B6 and niacin and contains other B vitamins, including vitamins B1, B2, and B12.
• Cooking liquid: this is the water in which all the ingredients were cooked. It is needed for every cooking process (for every canned meal), but many manufacturers do not declare it.
• Organic pumpkin: provides many vitamins, including beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), which is needed for vision, vitamin C and vitamin E, as well as the minerals potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. Also contains filling fiber.
